North Marion dealt first league loss

GLADSTONE - North Marion got off to a great start, scoring three runs in the first inning from Gladstone High School on Thursday. Wyatt Moore had a clutch 2-out, 2-RBI single to fuel the opening inning.

However, as the game moved on, the Huskies struggled defensively as several errors led to the Gladiators staking out a 4-3 lead. North Marion’s offense failed to make a comeback in the late innings, as Gladstone handed the Huskies their first league loss.
